Organization Name:
Capital 360 Event Experiences
Organization Description:

Capital 360, a pioneering brand and events agency, stands as a paragon of excellence in the realm of integrated event solutions. Rooted in innovation, client-centricity, and a commitment to delivering unparalleled results, Capital 360 has consistently raised the bar in the realm of event management and brand representation.

Summer in the UAE has historically been a season of inactivity - extreme heat drives communities indoors and sport participation drops sharply. ADSS & AASS was created to address this as a matter of public health and social policy, turning the region's most challenging season into its most active. Now in its fourth edition in Abu Dhabi and third in Al Ain, it has become the largest indoor sporting event in the Middle East and North Africa.

A Government-Led Community Mission

Organised by Capital 360 in partnership with ADNEC Group and the Abu Dhabi Sports Council, and directly aligned with the UAE's Year of Community, ADSS & AASS 2025 converted 37,500 sqm of world-class indoor space into a summer-long civic sporting hub - 55 courts, fields, and pitches across 12 sports, two cities, and four months. The programme delivers on core government priorities: public health, social inclusion, national identity, and community cohesion. The results speak for themselves: 220,453 visitors, a 98% increase on the previous edition, 150 nationalities represented, 18,389 app bookings (up 41%), a 100% customer satisfaction score, and a Net Promoter Score of +91 - fifteen points above 2024 and well above industry benchmarks.

Engineered for Every Member of Society

Innovation at ADSS & AASS 2025 was not technological - it was structural. The programme was architected from the ground up to remove every barrier to participation. For women, designated padel courts and warm-up zones ran from 6am to 1am, Mama Tribe postnatal classes welcomed new mothers and babies every Wednesday, and Weekly Women's Running Clubs including The Running Society created a loyal, returning community throughout the summer. For People of Determination, collaboration with Special Olympics UAE delivered the UAE National Volleyball Team Qualifiers, a Unified Coach Seminar, and an inclusive cycling competition with MyWhoosh. The Zayed Higher Organisation partnership extended programming across football, padel, table tennis, athletics, and volleyball. Senior citizens joined walking sessions, basketball, health screenings, and wellness workshops - combining fitness with preventative care in a single accessible setting.

Children, Families, and Cultural Identity

Over 3,976 children attended summer camps across both locations, with four specialist providers delivering daily programming from 9am to 2pm for ages 4 to 16 across football, basketball, volleyball, badminton, obstacle courses, drama, storytelling, martial arts, and arts and crafts. The Thamrh initiative - an Emirati-designed programme for younger children - rooted physical activity in cultural identity through Little Engineer sessions, creative arts, miniature sports, and physical play. Healthy nutrition was embedded through Capital Catering's Community Village, offering build-your-own salads, sandwiches, and smoothies alongside The Good Life's customisable healthy meals.

Scale, Partnerships, and Civic Impact

ADSS & AASS 2025 hosted over 220 community events including the inaugural HYROX Abu Dhabi - attracting 3,500 competing athletes to Abu Dhabi for the first time - and the ADNOC Sports Tournament, demonstrating the programme's capacity to serve corporate, competitive, and grassroots communities simultaneously. Football alone saw 3,548 games booked. Al Ain Summer Sports welcomed 13,795 visitors, a 57% increase, extending the government's community sport mandate beyond the capital. Civic partnerships with the Abu Dhabi Pension Fund, Family Development Foundation, Department of Community Development, and Al Ferya Team (Sandooq Al Watan) ensured the programme was co-designed with the communities it served. Reach extended far beyond the venues: 60 million social impressions and 20 million video views amplified the message of active, healthy living across the region.

The Standard Set

220,453 attendees. 150 nationalities. 220 events. 55 courts. 37,500 sqm. +91 NPS. 100% satisfaction. 98% growth. ADSS & AASS 2025 is proof that when government invests in accessible, inclusive, community-led sport, society responds. It is not a summer event. It is a government commitment to the health, unity, and belonging of every person in Abu Dhabi.
