I am delighted to apply for the "Thought Leader of the Year" award as a leader who believes first and foremost in people and in the ability of an organization to change, rather than in systems and tools. Throughout my career, I have not treated human resources as a support function, but rather as a platform for creating change, building trust, and unleashing the potential of individuals, so that the organization becomes more mature, flexible, and prepared for the future. I believe that faith in people and their ability to develop is the starting point for any real transformation.
First: Innovation in leading human resources transformation
I led a comprehensive reengineering of the human resources system by developing an integrated framework based on advanced data analysis and evidence-based decision-making, which increased data quality to 98% and prepared the organization for a successful digital transformation to the Oracle Fusion Cloud system. I also launched the "Smart Human Resources" initiative to leverage automation and artificial intelligence, which reduced recruitment time by 40% and improved the quality of candidates, contributing to better workforce planning and supporting the organization's long-term strategic goals.
Second: Building a high-performance corporate culture
It launched the "Future Leaders" program to develop young leaders, with the participation of more than 35 employees, and a number of whom were promoted to leadership positions during 2024-2025, which strengthened job replacement and built a strong base of national talent capable of leading a high-performance culture in the organization, promoting collaboration, institutional belonging, and innovation.
Third: Change management and strengthening institutional resilience
Led the digital transformation using Agile HR methodologies, which contributed to the successful launch of the Oracle Fusion Cloud system in August 2025 without business disruption. He ensured the provision of professional and technical support programs for employees and activated effective communication channels, which helped reduce resistance to change, maintain morale, increase productivity, and enhance the organization's flexibility and ability to deal with rapid transformations. Developing a system for celebrating achievements and recognizing employees.
Fourth:
Established a "loyalty is rewarded with appreciation" system to deepen belonging and motivate performance, contributing to an increase in employee satisfaction from 77% in 2024 to 82% in 2025, according to the "Building a Place for Tomorrow" survey.
Fifth: Social responsibility and sustainable development
I led initiatives to enhance the well-being of employees and their families, such as the annual forum, renewing memberships in sports clubs, and a remote working system for specific groups, in addition to supporting people of determination and organizing Emirati Women's Day events and an art exhibition for people of determination, to promote social belonging and inclusion.
Sixth: Institutional Compliance and Governance
Human Resources achieved 100% compliance in the maturity project, developing an external employment contract procedures manual, updating leave policies, and automating all processes, thereby enhancing transparency, operational efficiency, and service quality.
Conclusion
I work to transform human resources into a strategic force that reshapes the work culture, builds high-performance teams, and supports innovation in the most complex stages. Through my leadership practices, I strive to transform every initiative and every system into a tool that creates an impact; an impact that preserves employee dignity, enhances the value of data, and turns challenges into opportunities for institutional and community growth. My nomination for the "Thought Leader of the Year" award represents a model of a human resources leader who consciously drives transformation and puts people at the heart of strategy, giving human resources a voice in shaping the future.
