- Organization Description:
Quill is a UAE-born independent marketing communications firm with a mission to redefine integrated communications across the region. Established in 2010 as a boutique PR agency, the firm has since grown into one of the GCC's fastest-growing consultancies, demonstrating that independence fuels agility, innovation, and long-term impact.
Lana Sleiman is a communications leader recognised for delivering scale, execution under pressure, and measurable impact. Her work demonstrates how communications can function as a growth engine, driving visibility, registrations, and engagement across complex government and semi government ecosystems.
In 2025, Lana was relocated from Dubai to Abu Dhabi to operationally establish and lead Quill Communications' Abu Dhabi office. She oversees office operations, manages the Abu Dhabi client roster, leads business development efforts, and directs a team of content producers, editors, and social media account managers, while continuing to lead delivery on major retained accounts. This move reflected organisational trust in her ability to operate across strategy, operations, and growth simultaneously.
Lana is the lead on communications for ADNEC Centre and several of its flagship events, including Make it in the Emirates, Abu Dhabi International Boat Show, Global Food Week, UMEX, and AAIHEX Al Ain International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition. Many of these events were previously under recognised publicly despite their national and economic significance. Under her leadership, communications shifted from basic event coverage to structured, full funnel digital ecosystems designed to drive awareness, participation, and performance.
For Make it in the Emirates, Lana led a campaign that reached over 40.9 million unique individuals, generated 70.1 million engagements, increased net followers by 23,866, and supported 610 exhibitor registrations and 11,000 qualified visitor registrations. Digital activity delivered 52.6 million impressions, 43.6 million video views, and more than 503,000 link clicks, demonstrating her ability to translate a national industrial platform into large scale digital performance.
During AAIHEX, Lana led a 35 person on ground team, managing live operations, real time content production, and client coordination. The campaign achieved 32.6 million reach, 52.5 million impressions, and 43.5 million video views. Communications were delivered in traditional Emirati Arabic, grounded in heritage, customs, and tribal language, turning cultural complexity into a strategic advantage and strengthening audience credibility.
For the Abu Dhabi International Boat Show, Lana oversaw a mixed B2B and B2C funnel strategy that delivered 12.4 million impressions, reached more than 65 percent of the target digital audience, generated 11,113 leads, and achieved a 5.8 percent click to lead conversion rate, balancing scale with efficiency.
Across all engagements, Lana applies the Quill's proprietary IQ Model - Insights Imagination Integration - at onboarding, ensuring communications are insight led, aligned across stakeholders, and execution ready. In parallel, she actively supports business development, working on multiple pitches while managing live events and teams, contributing directly to new business wins.
Lana's innovation is reflected in sustained delivery at scale, launching and leading a new office, elevating national level events, producing measurable results, and redefining how large organisations approach communications. Her impact is defined by what she builds, what she delivers, and how consistently she performs under pressure across multiple high stakes environments.
