Today, with its broad branch network, digital channels, and international presence, it maintains a strong position in the banking sector and continues contributing to Turkey's growth.

V-AYNA is a strategic management innovation, designed to accelerate decision-making, enhance data visibility, and embed a data-driven culture across the organization. By providing personalized, interactive dashboards, the platform enables branch and regional staff to access their portfolios in real-time and perform multi-dimensional analyses across products, customers, segments, and regions.

The platform's predictive capabilities, analyzing customer trial balances and estimating product usage across other banks, support strategic, targeted marketing and improve overall portfolio management. Its "mirror" concept ensures each user sees an accurate reflection of their customer base and portfolio, facilitating informed decisions.

Before V-AYNA, employees relied on static reports that required additional analyses to extract actionable insights. This slowed decision-making and limited responsiveness. V-AYNA replaced these manual processes with interactive, real-time analytics, directly integrated with the central database.

Initially launched for the Commercial customer segment, high impact and user adoption led to expansion into Corporate customer , Retail customer , Small and medium-sized business customer segments. Access is role-based, ensuring secure, relevant data delivery. Cross-functional collaboration between IT, data management, and business units ensured design quality, testing, and successful deployment. Training and live feedback loops drove rapid adoption and iterative improvement.

Currently, 1,100 authorized users actively utilize V-AYNA, generating over 48,500 report views, with an average session duration of 48 minutes. Users can filter by customer, product, or date range to identify key trends and customers driving changes instantly. By digitizing previously manual reporting, V-AYNA has reduced reporting time from days to minutes, increased decision-making speed, eliminated manual workload, and reinforced a corporate-level data culture, establishing sustainable innovation practices.
